Security questions about old addresses, accounts, or loan amounts. Have your records nearby. If you can't answer enough, the site routes you to mail-order request (still free).
Look for: accounts you don't recognize, wrong balances, late payments you DID pay on time, addresses you've never lived at. All of these are dispute-able.
